Per the headline I’m in the market for a new haven built model 70 featherweight stainless, would also entertain the laminate stock as well (also looking for a rem 700 lss, right handed). Calibers I’m interested in are medium game (30-06, .270, .308, ect ect) might consider a short mag If the deal is awesome, already have one in .325wsm. Let me know what you have folks!

any interest in a New Haven Featherweight '06 unfired with box? Stock is long gone but unfired barreled action, plug screws intact, comes with mag box and two piece bottom metal.
Ride well, shoot straight, and speak the truth.

I would consider a price in the 1000-1200 range for that rifle in 95%+ condition.

I have duplicates in 7mmRM, 270wsm, 30-06 stainless composite or 243, 270 fw wood/blue if any of those are of interest.

The 6.5 and 7/08 ss will only be 7 digit as they were not made until the end of the classic run. They are rare and command a premium. Unless you REALLY want either of these chamberings just be patient; the market is soft and you should be able to find what you seek in the $700-$1000 range (’06 will be the most “affordable”).

The last gun I bought was a stainless featherweight in 308. I figured I paid too much, but I had been looking too long and it was almost exactly what I was looking for.
