I think Wray is stalling while evidence for prosecutions is being gathered.

If he was stalling to protect “on going investigation” why has he not presented this to the courts and the judges?

Not one traitor has gone to court, been indicted, seen a grand jury, or jail. Until the traitors are prosecuted, tried, and sentenced there is no rule of law in this country. There are laws against what the democrats are doing. These laws are being bent or forgotten when it is a democrat breaking them. Sanctuary cities still exist. In fact we have sanctuary States too.
