Dang Fuzzytail That is a basket of pure eating GOODNESS ya have pictured there! I go for dipped in egg, rolled in cracker crumbs and fried up just right. Funny, that's how we fix mountain oysters too. G23

Sitting at the camp by myself with a struggling fire and just realized...I sure would like some fried oysters. You know, those crispy, light, almost raw inside ones? You bastard - now I'm hungry!

Fried, stewed, or in the nude. Most fond memory of oysters is of me and a business associate also a good friend, sitting in a bay side Pensacola joint eating Apalachicola oysters so big you would have to gig em with a fork than get your head underneath mouth side up and open. Cold beer, some Tabasco and a soda cracker or two. If God made anything better he must have kept it for Himself.

I like 'em steamed, but any way is better than no way. It used to be said, 'Twas a brave man who first at an oyster.
The biggest problem our country has is not systemic racism, it's systemic stupidity.
