Fried, stewed, or in the nude. Most fond memory of oysters is of me and a business associate also a good friend, sitting in a bay side Pensacola joint eating Apalachicola oysters so big you would have to gig em with a fork than get your head underneath mouth side up and open. Cold beer, some Tabasco and a soda cracker or two. If God made anything better he must have kept it for Himself.
