so I have an up coming bow hunting trip in area 2B. the tag says "any antlered deer" but I haven't been able to find the definitions of that in the Arizona handbook. does anyone know if there is restrictions such as forked horn or bigger? or is this truly "any antlered deer"?

Means you can take either a mule deer or whitetail deer, as defined in R12-4-101: " Antlered means having an antler fully erupted through the skin and capable of being shed." So, spike or better.
Hope this helps,
Dave

Great tag to have. The others have lined it out for you.
Good luck,
