At the 7:40 mark he talks about the John Doe trying to block the release of names associated with Epstein. Attorneys for Doe state that releasing these names would impact the reputation of those Not Accused of a crime. X22 calls this “panic” and what do these people have to hide. Makes sense.
But just the other day Matt Whitaker refused to talk about the Rosenstien Scope Memos and justified not releasing these scope memos to the public based on the same standard. That is, releasing the RR Scope Memos would impact those listed that’d have not been charged with a crime.
So identical reasons for not releasing to the public, must mean that Whitaker and the DOJ (Barr) are refusing for the same reason, that is panic and what does the DOJ have to hide.
