Don't take it in a bad way, but at those velocities your shooting for just get a 7x57 or might try the Hornady Lite loads! Heck take one and break it down to see how much powder they are loading it with.
MAGA! This is the way!

120s with a start load of Ramshot Hunter is good for 3000-3050 FPS. Mild recoil and very accurate. 120 grain bullet with Rem 7 Mag... here's a ton of load data... note RL 7 and 4198 parameters, but plenty others available also... http://stevespages.com/284_4_120.htmlformer campfire member Steve Riccardelli's site... Steve has sadly passed a while ago, but someone who knew him is keeping his site afloat...its the best on line resource I've come across.... been using it long ago, when Steve was still with us....

The late gun writer John Wooters wrote an article called, "Stairstep Loading the Magnums. He did work ups for the 7MM Rem. Mag and others. The following is his data for the 7 MM Rem. Mag. Duplicates the 7x57 Mauser
Bullet weight: 140gr. 54.0gr. 4895 160 gr. 52.0gr. 4064
175 gr. 51.0gr. 4064
These are loads he worked up in his own rifles that gave the power level he wanted and proved to me safe. Edited to add, data is from HANDLOADER MAGAZINE #44 July-August 1973 Paul B.

Tried 44 grains of 4198 with a 120. Worked and not much recoil. Also 48 grains of 4895 and a 139. Same good results. Looks like a good fit. Thanks guys

Tried 44 grains of 4198 with a 120. Worked and not much recoil. You can reduce IMR 4198 and 120s down to 41 grains for 2,700fps.

Also shot 140s at 2800fps. No issues with headache. Probably because of the heavy barrel adding to the rifle weight. So i would say a 140 at 2800 should pretty much handle whatever i feel like poking a hole in, in the states i can afford to hunt in

Also...looks like 4350 in the hornady reduced loads. 56 grains which matches a book minimum load of 4350.
