So I just happened to see Dr. OZ do something good for once - he interviewed the guys who make the impossible burger / meat, then the company for meatless meat for tim hortons .....
I thought it funny they add Heme... (and adaptive that is like blood)...

I’m not up for letting them replace meat with a factory process where they add what they want...

What say the crew at the campfire - are you on board with meatless meat ?

Shouldn't even "fake meat" trigger their guilt feelings because it tastes like real animals? grin

Only veggie burger I ever get is from P Terry's. When I order it I always add bacon. It's freaking delicious and the puzzled look they give is funny.

I'm going to eat exactly one Impossible Burger in my lifetime.

I gotta know what they taste like. I don't get to Burger King very often but love me a Whopper once in awhile.

Tofu, if firm and well doctored up, is almost edible if you're REALLY hungry or maybe drunk. I tried one or two veggie burgers and tofu is much better. To me they taste like someone took old Stovestop Stuffing and wadded it up into a pattie.

No doubt the fast food boys will take a swing at this and lose a few million dollars trying to look all progressive.

Meat= testosterone
Soy= estrogen

Eat enough soy and you’ll forget which bathroom to use. Men eat more burgers than women so it’s a good way to stop toxic masculinity.

Meatless burgers are wrapped in tinfoil, of course.

I've tried the Impossible Burger and it is impossible to eat. It really is a step backwards from other types of non-meat protein patties. To me, it's a lot like same sex parenting...no matter how much spin is applied, it's still an affront to nature and a waste of resources.

Who cares? If someone likes it and wants to eat it, let them eat it, might bring down costs on real meat for the rest of us. Just another thing in the long list of schitt that doesn't concern me.

The thing you have to keep in mind is that meatless meat is made with GMO soybeans.

Now remember who was screaming the loudest about GMO back in the day.

No way I’m eating meatless meat (aka trans-man?) but on the other hand they’ve already done that with the animal factories that produce the majority of the meat meat in this country.

More reason to get out and harvest my own organic meat.

YMMV

Actually, the Impossible Meat people want to ELIMINATE cattle raising, replace the whole thing. THat's their goal. So ethically, I can't support these rat weasels. Filling a niche, fine, but if Impossible gets what they want, that will kill off all my ranching friends and I can't support that at all. In fact, I'm done with Burger King, and now I guess Taco Bell.

What a society we live in. People don't know what gender they are. I would think people can look between their legs. Islam is the religion of peace. Vegans are against eating meat so they have to come up with fake meat. I prefer real stuff.

Here's the ingredients...

"The patty itself is made from Impossible Foods' signature burger blend which includes soy protein, potato protein, coconut oil, sunflower oil, salt, yeast and a variety of emulsifying agents. The key, not-so-secret ingredient is heme, an iron-rich molecule that gives Impossible burgers a meaty taste.Aug 1, 2019"

Meatless "meat"? Vegans eating and promoting fake meat are like lesbians buying and using strap-ons. They really want the real thing, but they've invested too much of their reputation and identity into their warped alternative lifestyle that they can't bring themselves to accept the truth.

I know the left has targeted cattle ranchers, but I've lived next to cattle ranches and next to liberals. Even with the gassiest of cattle, I'd still prefer to have a cow as my neighbor.
