xverminator answer is the exact reason why. It is information that is normally not found on the MSM and shows that there is events going on behind the scenes including arrests. When Q was posting those also were posted here, sometimes with a translation of a level of the post, sometimes not.
It is also information showing that the sky is not falling and the Cabal is losing the battle.

Returning back to the information idea. On Nov. 14 2017 ............and since time stamps are important........ at 12:51:10 PM........... there was a Q post that giving us the battle plan. It is now obvious that this Plan has been followed. Read the post/drop and you can see that at one level this told us that the time frame of arrests and elimination of the Cabal. Most wanted them to kick doors down and go in guns blazing. While many of us predator hunt it never occurred to us that hunting some of the most cunning predators required decoys and the President is the decoy they are using. Hence part of the meaning when he said he would be the one to take the slings and arrows leaving the military to do the hunting.
