If The Democrats pass confiscation laws, LE will without hesitation, enforce those laws and "Pay gun owners a visit".

Not real fond of AR's. But, I own one because the liberals HATE them. They can be fun, though - even if expensive! Hungry little guys! The only "assault rifle" that I know I possess dates from 1918.

Just get in a heated debate with a lib and they will eventually fess up to it. Its all a process with them. Demonize the weapon. Ban people from getting one if they dont already have one. Eliminate transfers except to the government. Licensing and registration of owners then mandatory buy backs then confiscation. Red flag laws that seem sensible oday will be expanded to be onerous . Each step covers and makes the next step possible. When they show up for your AR you wont have any wiggle room. Once licensed you will be responsible for keeping up with that rifle. You lose it in a fishing accident then you will responsible to report the incident and pay a heavy fine. Wont be any excuses accepted as they will have rules to close loopholes.

They always go after hard working taxpayers who have done nothing wrong and that's the plan. If they were sincere about fighting crime and getting guns off the streets they could start in some of our inner cities where there's a very high rate of gun violence and drug activity on a regular basis. But somehow those areas never seem to get included in their noble, crime fighting crusades.
