I’ve seen a few posts with people using RL-26 in the 7mm-08 but I’ve been unable to find any published data. Anyone know of any published date?

Published data does not exist for that combo. I've looked.....
Software simulation estimates RL26 can be a viable option with 160s.
RL26 and 111% case fill (if you can compact that much) will push a 160 partition over 2,800fps. Again, that is an estimate, not and necessarily true. Estimates are frequently wrong.
I've thought about trying RL26 and 160 partitions, but already have a 1/2" load.
RL17 pushes 160 partitions over 2,700fps and prints 1/2" groups in my Kimber; looking forward to trying it on black bear.
Win 760 will also push 160s at 2,700fps with 7/8" groups.

Thanks. That’s what I’ve been seeing. 2800 would be pretty darn fast if it holds true.

Interesting , I'd like to experiment with some 140's or 150's . Knowing where to start with 150's? Any idea.

On paper, 150s and RL26 appear to be less of a viable option than 160s.
You would have to cram 112.4% (~54.2 grains) under a 150 to reach 60kpsi and 2,900fps+.
Just remember this is an estimate, and could be completely bogus.
I run light neck tension, and have trouble keeping bullets seated past 108% case fill.

Thanks. That’s what I’ve been seeing. 2800 would be pretty darn fast if it holds true. you want those number and do it in cooler weather... but look at H 380... Rl 26 is too slow for a 7/08 with heavy bullets if you are chasing velocity... if ya can't find RL 26 and still want to pursue that attempt... look at H 1000 instead...

I was getting 2730 with 162 hornady out of my 7-08 with a 22 inch barrel. Don’t have my notes here in Mississippi but if I recall I was using 52.0 grs of rl26.
Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.

In a Kimber Classic Select 22" barrel, 51.5gr. of RL 26 behind a 140gr. Partition got me 2765. OAL was 2.78 The velocity may not be that great, but the accuracy was outstanding.
