Cooled off compared to the 90’s a couple weeks ago. Kinda dreary cloudy day.
Pot of gumbo going.
Chicken, andouille sersage, shrimp and crab.
I do it the easy way. “Louisiana power” gumbo starter in the quart jar.
Now to simmer all day. I need to make up a good Gumbo. LOVE that stuff..
