We shipped a pot load of steers, and heifers last night. I took some pictures, but am short on time just now. Wish us luck, the market is not the greatest.

Hope they do well, Richard.

Took calves to the sale the other day, and was not thrilled at all. Especially when you figure in a very dry year, and what it cost to feed 'em. frown

Doctor Dan, Dunlap Auction Sales. We have gotten what they are worth that day,

I sort of hate to load up the cattle. After looking after them as best we can.

I would say that that speaks well of you.

Guys I used to have feed bulls for me were good central Kansas farmer-feeders. The dad was a great guy, probably in his late 60's. He and I were talking and he said one thing he really couldn't do was haul to the plant. Really didn't even like loading them up in the pot to go to the plant.

I feel the same.
