I know Nikon doesn’t get much love around here but I thought I’d throw a bone for someone looking for some pretty good scopes for stupid cheap prices. I’ve been running a couple of Nikon M-Tacticals in MRAD and they have been awesome. Tracking has been dead on and the glass is really good. For $199 the are incredible. They also have the FX1000’s on sale for half what they normally cost, picked one of those up too. As cheap as they are I don’t really care about warranty if I ever needed to use it. https://www.eurooptic.com/Nikon-Tactical-Closeouts.aspx?homepage_link

Agreed most don't care for them, but I have a few of the 1-4x20 Monarch Africans and really like that scope for a low power variable.

I have a 1.5-4.5 monarch and it’s perfect for my 44 mag carbine
All of them do something better than the 30-06, but none of them do everything as well.

Keep in mind, Nikon scopes are going away, and will not have support any longer.

Keep in mind, Nikon scopes are going away, and will not have support any longer. These aren’t Leupolds where the warranty is paramount!...grin

I can’t see their warranty completely disappear. Or is that me being in denial ?

Probably have the same kind of support the old Redfields had after the went out of business. That was hit or miss.

Or is that me being in denial ? Seeing as they are the type of swap-a-scopes warranty company, and the fact that they are going to stop selling scopes...I would say it is pretty big.
