I took the rifle out today to work up some loads with H4895 and the danged rifle really wants to shoot. I had several groups (I realize only 3 shot) that were .38"-.60"@100yds. I will confirm with 5 shot groups later to see if they stay under 1 MOA. It really likes the 60gr V-max, 55gr Ballistic tip, and the 60gr Hornady SP. I think I'm gonna leave it alone which many of you have suggested. I deeply appreciate everyone's input.

It sounds like it has a lot of potential. Just keep shooting it, accuracy may even improve.

Will do next time I clean it. Haven't gotten out to the range yet.

I took it out after the cleaning and worked up a couple of loads using 4895 and Benchmark and got a couple 0.5" and 0.6" five shot groups @100 so it wants to shoot. The best bullets were the 60gr V-max and the 55 Ballistic Tip. I will keep my eyes open for the Bore Coat. I can't see where that will hurt anything.
