Jim, I'm doing my part. I took a large rib eye out of the freezer this a.m. Have big plans for it later today. Nothing better than a fine beef steak!

I never had much good luck with that cut, quit cooking them a long time ago. I am stubborn enough to keep trying. No success as yet. Probably should heed the old saying, "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Then quit. Don't be a damned fool about it". I never had any luck with a London Broil either. I`ll stick with a Chuck Roast. They always come out great
