I would think after nominating Crooked Hillary that you would have learned that criminals lose presidential elections. Trump did you a favor by determining that Biden was or wasn’t a criminal by investigating his actions re Ukraine and Burisma. This will be interesting. I doubt very much the Court of Appeals will overturn this decision. I like this part:

The most disappointing thing about the current state of affairs is the shameful cowardice of the Republicans. Their failure to stand up for the rule of law and our Constitution, along with pushing the soundly debunked Russian Intelligence conspiracy theories that it wasn't Russia, but rather Ukraine that hacked the 2016 election, is absolutely shocking. The Republican party has always been Russian hawks, now they're Putin's lackeys.

The harder the Democrat party and liberal socialist media push and dig around trying to manufacture and spin something to defame President Trump, his family and his administration, the more they've revealed to the public their own deceitfulness and hypocrisy, the more convinced the public is as to who the real culprits are. Their own devious actions will ultimately lead to Trump getting reelected in 2020 as much or more than anything.

They can subpoena whoever they want. When they dont show up Congress finds them in contempt and it goes to the Justice Department to persue charges...which they wont. Obama's Justice Department set the precedent, remember Eric Holder and Lois Lerner.
This in the event this case isnt overruled in the inevitable appeals that are coming. They aint all Obama judges.
