I'm usually up by about 4:30 and have a cup of tea first thing.
Used to drink a lot of Lapsang, but lately, since it's easier to find, I've been drinking English tea time tea.

Will drink hot tea at a Japanese restaurant but otherwise only drink iced tea. That said, I always keep some green tea around for when a cold or the sniffles hit. A cup of hot tea with a shot of Jagermeister mixed in really helps. And even if it isn't really that therapeutic, it still helps.

It still bugs me that everyone on television (sorry, I am not highly evolved) drinks their tea with the bag in the cup.

Once I think I had a couple of Long Island Tea...don't remember...left me feeling woozy.
Usually iced tea. Celestial Seasonings makes good tea. Too bad they're in Boulder and Socialist to boot.

tea is mostly for crap, but that dang Lapsang souchong smoky tasting tea ain't bad A man of impeccable taste! I got hooked on hot black tea with cream and a bit of sugar in my late teens/early 20's. Seems like it was right about the time of that famous party in Boston Harbor... Then, I switched to coffee when my fellow coppers on midnight shift decided that tea drinkers should pick up the tab. Found Lapsang Souchong when at a real Chinese restaurant in Anchorage and have loved it ever since. Ed Yep, that stuff is like the difference between Keystone Light and a good Stout. Wish I could find some around here. Might have to search the innanet now that you folks reminded me. Geno

Red Rose, perhaps not the only choice, what I buy if I can.
