If you want to make it better yet, lose the ILS mainspring housing, replace it with what John Browning intended it to be & use a 19 or 20# mainspring.

I'd also lose the stock TRP guide rod for a stock short one with a conventional recoil spring plug as well; also something on the order of a 17# variable rate recoil spring works fine too as the one in it is very heavy.

And if you want to go whole hog, fit a flat bottomed firing pin stop, then it'll be fit for use. wink
