That P.O.S. would flood all the courts with anti- 2A judges. So the average citizen would be screwed. But his elite ruling class types would not be affected at all. Their security details would still be heavily armed with stuff no regular citizen could even dream of legally owning. Even as it is now, I've heard from reliable sources that Bloomberg has a large security force that is heavily armed like you wouldn't believe.
