I have found the Woodleighs to be very accurate bullets. They used to be a lot less expensive.
Good luck on your hunt!
Worked like a charm.
Very windy day, nothing much moving for the first 6 hours or so. And what was moving was skittish and passing through the woods very quickly. Wind started to abate around 2pm and two buck sauntered past about 45 yards away around 3pm. The first and bigger one passed by so quickly I did not get a chance, but the second - a nice 8pt, stopped to smell a tree limb. The shot entered his left rib cage, took the top of the heart off and broke the off shoulder on the way out. Not much of a "test", but this will be my standard load now in that rifle.
Wanted to post a picture, but this forums image size limitation is way behind the times.
Thanks again, and happy holidays.
