Would be nice, but taint gunna happen. The only way Pelosi is going to send the Articles over to the Senate for trial is if she "knows" there will be a conviction, or at least a very strong chance. That's not gunna happen, the Democrats cannot afford an speedy acquittal, let alone a lengthy trial that would expose their corruption. The Democrats are not going into this blindly, they are being guided by the Lawfare Group and this band of crooked Attorneys are far from stupid. This has been well planned out and going according to planned. The next step from the Democrats is getting the courts to grant them total access to the Mueller Investigation documents, they will claim the need because the House had a floor vote to impeach and these documents are related and needed. Then they will leak them to the Press for spinning.
Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.

The Senate can act, regardless because the Constitution is absolutely clear about the Senate’s authority. Article I, Section 3 says: “The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.”The Chief Justice presides over a trial involving the president, but the Senate makes the rules. And the Senate is controlled by Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. If Pelosi refuses to submit the articles of impeachment to the Senate, McConnell can convene the Senate anyway, summon the Chief Justice, and swear in the Senators as jurors. Democrats can boycott, but they can’t stop the trial. McConnell can then propose to dismiss the charges or even hold a vote to acquit the president. Pelosi can hide the articles of impeachment in Adam Schiff’s basement forever, and it won’t make a bit of difference.

Running in circles is not a means to an end and that is about the only direction that article went. What "abuse of power" and what "obstruction" ? Before they can move anywhere those 2 questions must be answered and proven. So far......crickets ........from the Dems.
