No, my argument does not fail. You stand in total opposition to the Declaration and the founders who came to reject Thomas Paine's articulated atheism.
Again, you are just wrong, blinded by your bigotry.

Natural law in the Christian tradition includes purpose and moral restraint. Paul affirms it in Romans chapter one. The inborn knowledge of conscience that one should not murder the innocent or steal or copulate with animals. Thats all fine and dandy but what do you think? Is conscience given to man so he can overcome natures law?We all know what man is capable of.Good and bad are both natural. The difference is that man has a choice.Man is out of place here.He was not designed to be ruled by nature. To be the victim of his own humanity.Man was put here to choose. Man is more than an animal.

And you are pro globohomo? Just remember, they can't repopulate.

But for the record, You reject natural law... And you are pro globohomo? I reject your interpretations, and think that the use of buzzwords like "globohomo" is indicative of your best efforts. Carry on w/ your mindless diatribes your disciples need your support. But for the record...you are still pro NAMBLA? mike r

Natural law is not base savagery, or man ruled by fallen impulses. Natural law is God's law revealed by nature and in nature. It is a moral restraint on all sin and evil. https://www.nlnrac.org/node/244

This will of his maker is called the law of nature. For as God, when he created matter, and endued it with a principle of mobility, established certain rules for the perpetual direction of that motion; so, when he created man, and endued him with freewill to conduct himself in all parts of life, he laid down certain immutable laws of human nature, whereby that freewill is in some degree regulated and restrained, and gave him also the faculty of reason to discover the purport of those laws. Blackstone
This is what the founders studied and believed
Locke and his theory of natural rights is rooted in his affirmation of natural law. Natural law/rights are the foundation of our 2nd ammendment.

Your estimation of what a true man is, is of no interest to me. Rejection of at least a thousand years of well developed thought on natural law is manly? Grotius, Puffendorf, Aquinas, Locke, Jefferson... These are the men you are calling sick.

I didn't "reject Blackstone", I demonstrated the flaws of this particular line of argument. Accepting his positions is not all "all or nothing" proposition, each of his positions must stand or fall on their own merit. This particular argument stands on nothing and fails it's burden of proof by every standard.
