I've got a 48 Ford 8n that I was able to have included in the sale of my house when I bought it. Growing up my best friends family had one and I was always envious that he was allowed to drive it. We used that on all of our adventures from camping trips on his 500 acres to driving it to the stores for snacks and to rent movies because we were to young to drive a car. Now that I finally own one at 39 and use it on a daily basis it blows my mind how durable and innovative these tractors are, and the amount of attachments that were made for them. From a track kit to something as simple as a adapter that turned the engine into a air compressor by simply unscrewing a spark plug from the engine and screwing in the adapter.
The other thing I own that comes to mind is a 300 savage model 99 that I inherited from my father. While all my friends were growing up carrying a marlin or Winchester 30-30 or other flat nose cartridge I was able to carry this amazing rifle and have the ability to kill game well beyond the reach of their guns. It blows my mind how they are not as popular as they should be
You've got to hand it to a blind prostitute

First thing that came to my mind too! The ability to shoot spitzer bullets in a lever action rifle, in 1895!

Very few things were more ahead of their time, than the '99 Savage.

A 1100 Massey Ferguson tractor was pretty amazing for it's time

Killed my 1st Coyote, Muledeer, Pronghorn and Elk w/ a 99 in 300 Savage. My dad, an engineer, thought that mag was genius, he grew up with win 94s. The only lever gun I ever owned that was comparable was my Sako Finwulf, different but equally wonderful.

The barometer. Nothing too fancy just some mercury in a tube but figuring out it measured air pressure changes and how to use that to be warned of big storms saved probably millions of lives since. Wiki says one or another Italian dudes depending on what version you believe figured it out in the mid 1600s. I'll throw the compass in too. And Snickers bars for honorable mention. lol

The 6.5 & 350 Rem mag. Seriously, how many short action cartridges have been introduced since them that duplicate.
The Whitney Wolverine. Been reproduced in this century, but nobody was told about it.

I'm old enough to remember when they made cigarette lighters. I guess when they said "fuggit!",...they meant it.

"I'm a Doctor,.......I'm a Lawyer,....I work for the electric company,....I'm a Machinist,.....I work on the pocket puzzy assembly line,...I've been doing the cylinders,..but next year I'm scheduled to move up to lip assembly. I gotta test into it, though. The lips are important. It requires skilled labor. Anybody can do the cylinders".

I REALLY hate to say this, but the AMC Pacer. Yes they were butt ugly, but they were among the first American made cars with economy in mind that actually had many of the features that the big three hadn’t discovered yet. The way the doors and hinges and windows worked together and sealed put the Pintos and Vegas to shame. And they where smart enough to understand a little bigger engine is usually better than a small one. Ive often seen bigger engines have better economy simply because they’ve got enough power to get the job done without needing to run hi RPMs like the little 4 bangers. No, I never had one. First wife had a 74 Hornet with a straight 6, same as the Pacer. It wasn’t a performance car like my big block Monte Carlo, but it ran cheap and it was dependable. The. Vegas and Pintos took a couple years to become dependable. Them little Ramblers got it right the first time. 7mm

Honda's CB750 4 cyl. and Kawasaki's KZ 900 4 cyl. Incredible bikes that revolutionized the industry.
Honda's 1973 Civic and the 1976 Accord. FWD cars that revolutionized the industry. The U.S. was marketing crap like the Vega, Pinto, Plymouth Cricket and AMC Gremlin.
