Iranians with Canadian citizenship are still Iranians. My wife holds both Canadian and U.S. passports and has lived in Canada since 1976. She is more Canadian than she is American though she was born south of the 49th parallel. She is American by birth, but Canadian by choice. We'll keep her, happily.

Lots of Iranis fled the country when the crazies took over. Used to hang out at a bar near the U of MD where the bartender was from Iran. Good guy. Also worked a couple of telecom equipment installs with an older vendor from Iran. Seems like someone who left a Schiffhole country because of a brutal govenment might just be on our side.

Persians aren't Arabs. They have a great heritage and are a proud people with justification. I've gone to school with them, had some as friends.
A lot of them hate what's going on, want to get back to a secular society, away from the mullah's and their theocracy.
I think those crazies on the ground lit up one of those Ruskie rockets and shot down the airliner. Why would the Republican Guard be so protective of the black box and the crash site? I think evidence on the ground may well prove what actually happened.
What are they hiding?
That plane was reportedly in top condition and those planes have a great safety record. They just don't burst into flames and crash. Not without some help...
