I have a Leupold VXR 2-7 illuminated on my 375 Ruger. Works great!

I put a Leopold FX-3 6x42 fixed focus scope on my 375 RUM. Eye relief was my main criteria, and this one has 4.4".

The 2 will get wide FOV and 10 will be fun at the range and possibly 300 yard shot which 375 ruger can do just fine.
Let’s be honest, you hunt most of the year or at the range?
But
1.5-6 would be up there as well.
All of them do something better than the 30-06, but none of them do everything as well.

While I don’t have a 375, I have used a .338 WM in Alaska quite a few times. I mounted a Leopold VX-II 2x7 on mine. I’ve never felt the need for more power, and typically carry it at 3x. For guns that are used on dangerous game, often times, less is more.

The 1-4x or 1.5-5x Leupold are great versatile scopes. In fact a straight 2.5 or 4x work great and are even more rugged and weather proof.
If you need to magnify any animal that requires a 375 more than 4x , you need to learn how to stalk ! This. Its a big target and a big bullet.
