Richard - you must have gotten the water way too hot when you boiled that dog!

We had some sirloin steak (wonderfully prepared, I might add), some REAL baked potatoes, and a tossed salad.

Just put a pot o’ beans on about 20 min ago. Lots of sowbelly!!! Greae ‘em up!!! I also dice up whole onion and that goes in too! And a big azz dollop of minced garlic. Along with the other necessary herbs and spices.

I bet they will be ready around one-ish!!!

Had a pork roast left over in the fridge.

Cut it up and threw it in the slow cooker. Seasoned up for pulled pork type sandwiches.

Pot of calico beans in the oven.

Lettuce salad will round it off.

Did some country ribs in foil in the oven until nice and tender, then unwrapped them and let them crisp up a bit. Meanwhile, stir-fried carrot, celery, onion, pea pods, cauliflower, broccoli, Napa cabbage, and green cabbage with some sauce. Cut up the pork and dumped it in. Added some spinach leaves at the end. Served over Ramen noodles. Made a dipping sauce out of orange marmalade and horse radish.

Blackened mahi with coleslaw and fries. Wife cooked tonight but it was damn good. Local joint for lunch. 37° and raining, got soaked all morning. Open faced roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and black coffee. Talk about perfect for a dreary day....
Calling for rain tomorrow, hoping they have it on special again.

Grilled up some ribeye and some caribou round steak (marinated in homemade teriyaki). Served up with some baked taters and a salad. Damn tasty!
