I read Bringers of the Dawn back in the 80's so it's been a while. Good book though from what I can remember. Might have to pick it up and see how it's aged.

Also, kinda like the 11:11 thing, ever since I was a kid I've always been aware of the constellation Orion. The Hunter. I always liked it because he was the hunter, one of my passions. But my eyes literally fall on Orion every time I step outside. Pleiadian connection? Who knows.

Now here's something I can't explain. When I was in the Southern Hemisphere in Chile under the Southern Cross I looked North and saw Orion up there in the sky...but it was significantly smaller. Like 1/3 as big compared to viewing it from Montana. So why would merely being on the "lower" half of the earth cause such a difference in perception? I've always pondered that...

The lady who wrote Bringers of the Dawn, Barbara Marciniak, lives fairly close to me. Bringers of the Dawn is one of my favorite books. About 12 yrs ago I was struggling with an issue. A dear friend of mine told me to go out in my backyard to my fire circle and when I feel ready to open the book and the left page was the past I needed to fix and the right side was my future path.
I had loaned the book out and it never was returned, so I went to a used book store in Chattanooga and found a used one. Was pretty astounded that I was even able to find a used copy of it. I brought the book home and that evening was leafing through it and in the book were 12 four leaf clovers still as fresh as if I had just picked them. It was at least 3 months before I opened the book out at my fire circle. When I did open it I was taken back by what it said. The book opened to page 107.

11:11 is very significant. It was starting to show up a lot in 2012 and has continued since that year. Think Project Looking Glass and its future representation.

The reason Orion looked smaller while in Chile is because of the position of the Earth and Orion at that time. Think of the Constellations as a clock in the sky. As the hands of the clock moves a Constellation either gets closer or farther away depending on its position on the clock. At certain times of the year the Constellation prominent in the sky when you were born cannot be seen.

I think Whip was referring to the fact that, though only slightly farther away in his position on earth, a tiny fraction of distance, the size of Orion was hugely different.

As the Earth travels through space and spins on its axis, stars and constellations appear larger or smaller depending where you are standing on the Earth. Plus the amount of Sun light reflecting off the Star/Constellation will also play into it.
