I think it would depend on what your used to. If your a 1911 person, the P938 for sure. I'm not seeing it. Even with a LW 1911, there's not much in common between a medium large 28 oz. pistol and a 16 oz. micro. Comparing the P938 and P365, most often there's a downside or compromise with increased capacity, but not in this case: P365 What's not to see? Similarities are signfiicantly the same to my 1911's: 1. Single stack 2. Carry cocked and locked. 3. Grip angle ALMOST same. 4. Sight picture same. 5. Safety location same. 6. Round count same (7+1) I'll give the rouind count goodness of the 365, and it does shoot well. I like them both.

I have carried a P938 for years and love it after having carried between a 3", 4" and 5" 1911 for years before that. I have several friends who have the 365 and they all carry with the 12 round magazine. I waited until the 365XL came out with the manual safety and bought one over the weekend. Same grip length as the 365 with the 12 magazine, but a better feel for me with the continuous grip and magazine flair. A little easier to shoot with the extra weight up front with the extra 1/2" barrel. Pull, swipe safety and acquire sight picture, same as 1911 and P938. Different triggers, but that hasn't bothered me yet. I've always been a metal gun and leather holster guy, but these plastic guns are growing on me.
