size was 209.....brand name is alcan 220 if I remember correctly. im still shooting some up back when they were standard primer for s&w factory shells. 15 years ago, I bought a bunch of factory primed hulls in 20 and 16ga. the guy sold them when he quit loading. he had them for 20 years on top of that. all work fine even now!

I'm using Alcan Max Fire large rifle primers on my reloading bench right now. I bought them from an estate sale 10 years ago. No idea how old they are (decades before that I suppose) abut they all go bang.
