Went and goggled yourself the info I bet.
All for a snipe shot at me.
I have had run ins with you in the past.....

LOL!!!!
Feel better????

Take cheerokee to craft shop on Ft campbell
Buy rad on way
IIRC about 170ish
Loosen bolts on rad
Remove shroud and fan and serpintine belt
Put on lift
Drain fluids
Lo and behold
Their is almost 10 inches of free room from the back of the rad to the fan mount itself
Plenty of fugging room to move back and drop down

Reverse to assemble

Next..........

Had to replace the leaking radiator in he wife's 2003 Jeep Liberty. Front impact sensor right next to radiator and somehow got unplugged causing warning light. Plugged it back in, but didn't clear the code. Tried disconnecting the battery for an hour to hopefully let the system reset itself. Didn't work. Now I'm trying to troubleshoot the darn thing without it exploding in my face when I turn the key. Any thoughts?

Key recycle the code if it applies.
Some vehicles are set up that way
Google it.

Don’t need to google it to make you out as a fool. 68 years old been working on cars and trucks since 12. 3 years as a tank and track vehicle mechanic in the Army. I would say that 56 years of turning a wrench I don’t need google. You are still a genius in your own mind. LMAO.

Owners manual will tell you how to reset with key.
Or you could hit it with a BFH to see if it's operational.

2003 Liberty that sensor is a hard code. Won’t clear on power down. Only way is to hook up a code reader and clear it. Any auto parts shop should have a scanner and can clear it for you.

You retards do realize, that every vehicle is different to work on right !

If you haven't done it, on that exact vehicle, stop with the guestimates.

I just did mine, in my automotive garage - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, 4.7L V8. With 15 years of Northwest Ontarios corrosion & it took me almost 4 hours, start to refilled, bled & bought to temperature.

All the correct tools & using "proper" procedures at my disposal.

List price for this rad was $305 canadian, + 6 liters of premixed antifreeze.

If billed out, would have been $737 + HST = $833 Canadian

First of all no good mechanic would own a 2004 Cherokee. But I guess it would help.

The gauntlet has been thrown.

63 series something.
Same mofo,s deadline your track and fugg up a units OR
for a fugging 3 way light and blackout drive control module.
Too lazy to take apart with 3 bolts and a cannon plug connection

Unscrew the halves apart on the backside clean off the whiteish corosion on the contacts inside it. Put it back together
Clean cannon plug
Install
Check light system
Good to go.

Then they get all pissed at ya cause ya did " Unauthorized" work and kept your schit off the deadline report.
Then when the BMO finds out the Infantry been repairing their own schitt

Yep he is glad he aint getting his azz reamed by the Bn XO and BC for stupid parts on order deadlined tracks by maintenance .
But he aint too happy with his motorpool people not even trying to repair schitt and waiting for entire parts to replace instead.

FT Carson and Germany.

Fugging glad I got outta mech Infantry.
Motor pool and track mechanics always playing by the MAC chart to get outta schit .
No effort, no initiative.

Track mechanics......

Pffft.........
