Best case scenario is Bernie has the most delegates at the end, gets screwed at the convention, and Biden gets the nod. Bernie goes third-party or refuses to be bought off and supports Jill Stein or some other wackdoodle. We want a weak candidate (got that!) and down-ballot destruction.

The huge problem for the democommies is that Crazy Bernie is the only one of them that has much of a following and if he wins the thing and they screw him at the convention or whatever, they are done. After Trump destroys Plugs or Mini Mike or whoever in the general, the party could split into two factions, socialists and ordinary idiots......in which case they won't be a factor nationally for quite a while.

Never say never. Assuming will allow lazy people to stay home and that could be bad. Biden has been saying all along he would win SC. I think SC was the first primary where the dems could work their magic vote counters and they had it planned for Biden to win. I think he knew this. They will not let Sanders win the Democratic nomination. He is an independent.
This Democrat race is fascinating to watch. Just a week ago, many experts were writing Joe off. I wrote him off. One poll, two days ago, showed him leading Bernie by just 4 points.
And he blows South Carolina out of the water! Unreal. As y'all have said, he has dementia and is clearly unfit to be President. But this will give him all kinds of momentum for Super Tuesday, just two days away. If he does well then it gives him a chance to take the nomination. Or at least to knock Bernie down a peg.
Looking like a brokered convention, if only, If Only, an experienced female Dem politician could come in at the convention, maybe someone who held a high post in the Obama administration, if they could only come in there in Milwaukee and accept the nomination by popular acclaim, and say "I reluctantly accept the nomination, for the good of the country..."

They have made it pretty clear that they won't let him get the nomination, using a brokered convention if they have to.
