Anyone need an Outer Impact Rail for the Mini, and a set of Vortex Pro Series Low rings. I ordered the Talleys yesterday, since I am going to get the BDL bottom metal.

These are new in the package.

Is there a way to install pillars in the factory stock?

Could the factory stock be cut down to a 9" LOP?

The factory stocks already have pillars in them. Wayne now has Timney triggers available. They will not fit his bottom metal without some clearance in the trigger slot. You can buy them together for a discount and he will provide bottom metal inletted for the Timney. His Classic C stocks are drop-in ready at 18oz for $465 shipped. Get them while you can! He's only doing a few runs this year.

There's no reason you couldn't cut the factory stock down to 9" LOP. Just keep in mind it's hollow and you'll need to epoxy in some blocks to screw the butt pad to.

Nope, but Stan Whats-His-Name has a photo spread of one in the November Rifle.

Just sent off a deposit for a howa grendel build. Custom LOP stock, bottom metal and timney trigger. Wayne was very easy to talk to, and is ordering the barreled action for me so he can build the whole rifle up.

Thanks for the heads up about this service... I think this rifle combo with these upgrades is going to be a perfect lightweight hunter.

Ordered a floorplate for my grandson’s 7.62 for Christmas, at his request. Pretty discerning for an 11 year-old. He’s also got the stock Boomie whittled down and painted for me, but has to grow a bit before he can use it. Pappy’s getting the one from Wayne York before next season.
