Such as, how do they convince the elephant to stand there while someone crawls up it's ass? And, what's the hose for? Breathing? Pressure enema? Is the ass crawler wearing a headlamp or working in the dark? Swim goggles or a diving helmet? Did they lube the garbage bag and with what?
