Certifiable just hit one out of the park. That's a pile of "Cassy 22's", well, except for that plastic stocked 40x. It's kinda ugly.

PennDog Remington Model 33 single shot, my grandfather's. Believe my dad or someone certainly re-finished the stock. It kept his family and others fed long ago.....so I decided on cloudy morning about 2 years ago, to try for squirrels, but never got a good shot opportunity, Great hair trigger, but sights not so great for my vision today. So I went for a walk along a wood line nearby...flushed what looks to be a young Swamp Rabbit that thought it was safe stopping about 15 yards away, hiding his head behind a small tree. My Grandfather probably got a smile that day. I sure did. Love quality modern arms and sights.......but nothing like taking a vintage and sentimental arm out to harvest dinner! That Rabbit SURE was delicious!

Springfield 1922's certainly get my vote as a classy .22, I've owned several over the years. My current M2 has been sporterized with a nice checkered stock and wears a Lyman Alaskan with 2 minute LEE dot in a Griffin & Howe mount. It is every bit as accurate as my Winchester M/52 Sporter, so much so that I sold the Winchester.

I thought it might not qualify but I couldn’t photoshop it out:) If memory serves me and it frequently does not, I bought that from a gentleman in Oregon... was it you??

Glad y’all enjoyed it. Shot my share of rimfire over the years. Handguns and rifles of all types. None can compare to the beautiful ones in this thread but suffice to say they been fun, and very effective. Like many here I’ve pulled off some shots that folks would have to see to believe. Few surprised me as well. A good 22 would have to rank high on the list as most fun and one of the last guns I would want to part with if I could only have one.

Jim, how do you like the dst in your 201. I sold the dst I had. My 201 would not adjust down near as low as my k22’s. So I recently bought another dst for my 201. Hasbeen Mike, I like it alot. I don't think it adjusts down quite as low as the K22 but it isn't to bad.
