I have had more semi-auto and revolver CC guns than I can remember over the past 35 years, some I liked and many I did not but I have now settled on 3 Smith 360PD .357 Mag Smith 637 .38 Special Glock 43x 9mm .......Hb I'm torn between a Glock 26, Glock 43, and a Glock 43X. Help me out here. don't like anything less than 10 round mag capacity. But I see that you can get higher capacity mags for the 43. The 43 x comes with 10 rnd Capacity. But so does the 26. This gun will replace my 40 year old EDC fat heavy S&W 469. I love that gun and can shoot it well but it just isn't real concealable and it's too heavy. I want a pocket holster and that's why I'm leaning to the 43 and get an extended 12 round magazine. Anybody here that can help my "KID IN A CANDY STORE" mentality please rescue me from this exercise in mental masturbation.

I have a CZ P-10 optics ready with an RMR on top. It has replaced my on and off duty G17. I like this gun more than my SP-01 and that's saying something. Go pull the trigger on one. I think you'll like it. Patrick

Presently, I'm packing a gen 4 Glock 19
With a Sig P-365 as a back up.
Have the Sig in my sweatpants pocket as I type.
Also have a Colt Detective Special that I carry as a backup at times.
And sometimes I switch it up and carry a Springfield Armory EMP 4" 9MM.
Have packed too many revolvers and autos to list, in the past 30 years.
Virgil B. How do you like the EMP?

In addition to standard 10 round magazine it can also be used with magazines from G18, G17, G19. The magazines are cheaper and easier to find.

I am currently carrying the Glock 43 and G27 for off duty carry. The G43 is dominating my carry time but this is my first spring /summer carrying it, so we will see how it goes. My department policy limits me to what I can carry. If not for that, I would have my S&W 642 ( revolvers are not approved any more) in my pocket all warm weather months here in Maryland. On our range we are seeing a big percentage of people gravitating toward the G43/G48 series. They seem to be ideal for alot of people. Time will tell. Blue

I've been through a few but the mainstays from the current going back have been a S&W M&P, Springfield XD Service, Springfield Compact Carry, Beretta 82, Star PD, and 4" S&W 66.
Mixed in have been a few 1911s, Glock 19/23, Keltec P11/40, Iver Johnson PT22, Para 45-14, Kahr CW 9/40, and likely a few others I can't remember. The Para, CW 9, and a 1911 still get occasional duty for specific purposes.
I have played with sub compacts but find larger guns fit me better. The Kahr is about the smallest I go these days and only when I cannot wear looser fitting clothing.

Well, I started with a CZ 82 in 9x18 (which is still mama’s fav), then I went to the 1911 in 45acp. At that point RJM got me started down the road to 38 Super addiction and I have 3 that I carry, 1 TALO Commander and 2 GM (1 std and 1 tweaked). Then I read up on the 357 Sig and it looked like a more super Super. So I bought one from a member here in a G32. One night I couldn’t sleep so was cruising GB. I made a wildazz lowball bid on a Shield 9 ‘cause you all raved about that pistol. I love it. Every one of them runs 100 %. I carry the G32 and Shield as my beaters when things might get chitty or a very compact pistol might be in order. The 1911s are chick magnets.

My Detonics .45 has been on my side since 1977.
I'd rather die in a BAD gunfight than a GOOD nursing home.

Boy I like my Shield. EZ to carry. The Shield is probably my favorite to carry because it is both easy and surprisingly accurate. I should say I can shoot it surprisingly well.
