I believe the salt still comes from the island. Most of the pepper are grown elsewhere.

I've got a near full bottle of Tabasco, but it is smallish. However, left over from some taste test we did just before this shiznit hit, are Louisiana, Best Choice and Texas Pete's. Everybody liked the Tabasco the best.

Tapatio is best for me , more peppers, less vinegar.

Bufalo Chipotle is good, smoky and hot.

Back in the 80’s there was a guy that used to come into the ER who had venereal warts around his ostomy. We sometimes referred to him as a colostitute.

Go to Chik Fil A get a $3 sandwich

Leave with $15 worth of condiments

They keep the Chik FIL A sauce behind the counter, have to ask for those.

Tobacco is the standard.
I love their chipotle.
However, that chipotle, lately it has been my go to.

The kids even like it mixed with ranch as a dipping sauce.

The only place it's available is a little town market near here.
Owned and run by Apple Pikkin' Mexicans, they sell a bunch
of peppers and other things used in their food.
