Rog, you do some Chalupa? yes and tapitio ,Louisiana hot sauce, franks, pace picante and some home made, just depends on what i'm eating.

30 years ago Franks was in the house. We stay open minded. Now along with the Franks There's two flavors of Tabasco, two flavors of El Ucateco Habenero, & shriracha, not to mention the multiple jars of jalapenos in the cupboard.
Actually very glad we tested the waters, considering the strictly country food I grew up with. Still love it, but not the only way to go.

I go through a lot more of Gibbs “bottled hell” than Tabasco. Tabasco seems like it just adds heat, other hot sauces add more pepper flavor.
