R26: 243, 6mm AI, 25-06, 6.5x55, 270, 270 wsm, 280AI, 7RM and 300 WM so far.

In the 338 I would look at R23 data and maybe R16 both of these are pretty versatile and work with light and heavy bullets. It varies on equaling the velocity of R26 but for some loads they can exceed it.

Tejano, can you share more about your use in 6.5X55 please? Thanks.

Right behind ya on the 6mm Rem there Andrew.. especially on a long action with a 1 in 7 twist...

on the long action, it gives up nothing to a 240 Weatherby...

I run 115 grain Bergers at 3250 out of a 24 inch barrel courtesy of RL 19

by the way, using RL 26. Mike, I'd say that RL 26 would be a little slow for a 338 Win Mag...
if you are looking for max velocity.. I may be wrong but my 338 didn't impress me much using RL 26 in it...

Agree, there probably is a better powder for the 338 WM.

IME, RL-26 is great in the 7RM and similar rounds.

I think I am at 50.5 gr. in Lapua brass with CCI 250 primer. The mag primer had better extreme spreads. I ran it up to 52.5 grains but holy molly I was getting 270 level velocities at 100 degrees. This is with 129 Hornadays and several other 130s. I think I am at 2,950 fps. for the Hornadays but have not chrono'd the other bullets yet. The 130 Bergers shot really well but too frangible for closer shots to suit me. Same load works in PPU brass too.

This is probably less than max but work up to it. I wanted a load that was good for hot weather Axis hunting so I am probably a grain or so under max. These loads are not for Krags or Mauser 93s for sure.

Mine historically did well with RL-22 and 180's. I'm using up what's left, won't get any more.

All my RL-22 loads are now with RL-23, which, IMO, is a great 300 WM powder.

300WM Win. Case 180 Barnes TSX 79.3 gr. R26 Fed 215 primer. for 3,100 fps I just ran up to Alliants max and it shot pretty well so have not done a lot of experimenting.

Will be trying R16 & 23 with the 150 BT next

My 338 Mag load Powder is Norma MRP with 210gr Nosler partitions, Federal 215M primers and Hornady cases. I get 3041 FPS and SD of 8.4 for 5 shots.

Just got some more 338 bulllets so I will try RL26 just to see what it will do. The accuracy with the MRP is excellent.

Mainly loading 212 and 208 ELDs in the 300 WSM with RL-26. Great accuracy and velocity.

With a 210 grain class bullet would start at 66 grains and work up from there.

MRP is very close to RL-22/RL-23 burn rate.

I got over 2800 fps, from my.260, but it was a severely compressed load.

Tried it in my .257R with heavies. There was unburned powder in the chamber, unable to chamber next round until it fell out.

Didn’t bother to clock that one. Best Roberts powder, IMO, is H-100V for velocity and with 100’s, accuracy, H-4350 for heavies. RL-26 probably too slow. Didn’t burn clean.
