In KY, it is legal to kill any animal that is harassing or attacking humans or livestock. Is that not an option for alligators in SC ???

Was given a boat tour around an island near Georgetown SC, I want to say it was Sandy island.......we saw a couple of beached gators sunning that would make Old george out to be a runt.

If that's an 8" plank that's a REALLY big alligator. Didn't seem important at the time.
