I doubt if we will get our usual 3% raise. I forgot about that.

Not much. Never sheltered in place, seems like a dumb idea, so I don’t know how that affects people. Go to work, go fishing, go to the range, go to the grocery store, Traffic has been light so it saves me time and gas. Sometimes I miss going out to eat but that saves me money too. Retirement plan took a hit but it will recover. Mostly it reminds me of chicken little.

A forced close down for 7 weeks during our largest quarter sucked. Our quarter ended yesterday and I've been really pizzed off at the world. The restaurant will of been open for 2 weeks tomorrow and we're not even back to 50% yet. I've pretty much just gave up and will not vote till 2024.

The value of my investments dropped by $76,000 initially but now down about $40,000 following some recovery in the markets. Since I am retired my pension came in like clockwork, we didn't eat out so that saved me money. Put gas in my vehicle today, the first time since March 14th. None of our family got sick so overall I figure we came out winners.

Too early to tell. Took revenue hits in the business of close to 90% for the first three weeks. Regrouped, beat the drums, bushes and innocent bystanders, and a bunch of unexpected business ran out. Just now coming up for air.

Still trying to figure out where we’re going to end up. I think it it won’t be too bad, we never had to ration feed to the animals, so growth never slowed.

Besides respect for people I thought were more reasonable... not much.Work was already in high gear and just got higher as those with permits wanted their work done faster in case of a full shutdown, it's showing no sign of slowing down... strange, construction is the one that usually slows down causing a recession, but not this time, we are slammed and the rest are hurting.

The closest lakes to the metro area were locked down, boat ramps and roads. I usually catch much of my yearly fish supply in march/april but not this year.

I'm retired so I haven't lost any work. My retirement IRA took a big hit but has partially come back. I think it'll recover when things get straightened out. I'm still getting monthly check from it at any rate. My pension and SSI haven't changed. The low gas prices have been great but since we can't go anywhere, it doesn't matter much. The biggest problem was that my wife was supposed to have knee surgery. It was postponed a month, non-emergency, but she finally had it done a few days ago.

401 and IRA dropped. I'm 50, that really doesn't matter, if we recover.

Wife and I worked like normal. No change, well got a bit of overtime.

Not being able to do much has saved me a pile. I have a bunch of money
left every week. Way more than normal.

17 year old daughter laid off for 2 months. She didn't want to get
unemployment. I finally told her to. 5 weeks worth will get her over
$3k. She made about $5k last year. Back to work now. Carrying food
out to people's car. The tips suck for that. So, she's working for a
tiny percentage of what she got for not working. Happy to be working
though just sad about the tiny tips.

Think of her when you tip the takeout people. They dont think in terms of work. They work to make you happy, and for tips.

She and her sister were to play travel ball this summer. The teams
are making noises about tournaments. Some are canceled.
Practices are not allowed, tourneys aren't either, yet.
And I don't think they will be.

Shouldn't the question be "What has the government's reaction to the virus cost you?"

The virus itself never imposed quarantine, closed borders etc. Granted the government never imposed the requirement for bulk buying of toilet paper.

Any takeout I got I tipped 10 bucks to the server, usually a 3 to 5 buck sitdown tip, but screw it I was making money and they were hurting.

Money is tight so I rented some low-rent hoochie and caught the herpes simplex 99.

Figure this is going to be a big impact on the road.

Now ask yourself what the dhimocrats' hate for America and the complicit co-conspirators in the media have cost your country.

Make no mistake it was Trump who shut the country down, all for a vote or money. He knew better but went ahead and threw some businesses under the bus for no reason. During the good times Trump deserved the praise, during the bad he deserves the criticism.

Big hit to my retirement funds. Huge damage to my son’s businesses. Pretty much forced wife and I to be apart, her in Miami, me in North Florida. Daughter in law assaulted by WalMart over face mask. Killed my spring camping and hunting. Ruined a lot of fishing.
