this problem can be fixed very quickly by giving half of them a guberment check and then give the other half a loaded 45! Shazam ! 50% of the problem gone!

But stepping back, seriously, with all the bright people and movers and shakers in the United States, someone somewhere should have been able to come up with a solution to this problem.

If I were the dictator, there would be stop and frisk and anyone wounding someone unlawfully with a handgun would experience an instnt death penalty.

The problem will never be solved.
