Same glass as the Optika 6? If so, I'd pass.

Not sure. 1in tubes, capped knobs, side focus. Appealing alternative/competition to the VX3 line from the Oregon guys.

Not to crazy about the Dichro reticle but I haven't had any real experience with it so I will see. If I don't like it I will sell it and get a regular reticle . I already have a rifle that is waiting on a Optika 5

I have three Optika 6's, and to me the glass is pretty dang good. A bit more than the older Zeiss Conquest line. Curious as well what the Okptica 5 line will be.

Same glass as the Optika 6? If so, I'd pass. Just out of curiosity, what's wrong with the Optika 6 glass?? I bought the 2.5-14x44 model with Dichrotech BDC. I like it ok, but the clarity was a let down. It’s fairly clear at 10x or lower, but at higher mag it’s hazy and not as crisp(sort of like looking through fog). My similarly priced glass such as Zeiss Conquest 4.5-14x44 and Athlon Midas HMR 2.5-15x50 have much better glass. The DT ret is interesting and it seems to track correctly, so I’m going to try it next season. I mounted it on a Goodling 260 build.

That's interesting. I'd reach out to Meopta and see what their response is. My guess is that they'll tell you to send it in.

My Optika6 is not "foggy" at all. I'm really impressed with it for the money but not sold on the Dichrotech reticle .
