Fatcity,
Do you give out the recipe for that or is it a family secret?

i ended up doing pulled pork, turned out great
so, this is funny. i hate putting crappy store-bought BBQ sauce on something i smoked myself. but, wasn't motivated to make my own sauce, which i usually do. Meanwhile i did try a new recipe for 'SC red slaw' or something like that. Whipped together the dressing per the recipe, put it on the shredded cabbage. Tried it later and the flavor was fine, tangy/spicy, but the cabbage was rubbery. First i thought it was the dressing that did that, but it was probably just lousy cabbage.
later when the PP was ready, had the idea to put some of the slaw dressing, from the bottom of the bowl, on the pork...it was delicious...LOL just found an easy homemade BBQ sauce that you don't have to cook...LOL

Slaw juice on pulled pork. Reads like a great condiment for PP sliders on kings hawaiian rolls.
