Remember when folks said everyone should show “tolerance” for homosexuality. No real problem, there, but now, “tolerance” is not enough. If you don’t say “homosexuality is perfectly normal”, YOU are the bad guy.
“Tolerance” is SOO yesterday. You will now be harassed, boycotted, looted, and rioted until your thinking is “correct”..

I'm scared for him....
He's as good as a guy as they come who's done more for his community than anyone, but it still may not be enough ...
I'm afraid this might be career ending unless he toes the line. I hope he thought about that prior and if he didn't, well. What its come down to these days. It's sickening.... It would behoove the NFL to figure out how to accommodate a diversity of views, just like the rest of America. It would behoove them but they are too far gone... Then fück’em.

When $$$ and people's livelihood enters the equation, some people will say anything. I think we would all like to think we would stand firm on our convictions, but until we face the financial decision Brees faced, it is still not certain what we would do. His first Patriotic thoughts and statement came from his heart and was true and honest. Then "they" got to him and he folded like a cheap suit. It makes one appreciate President Trump so much more that he never relents . . . he never apologizes for the right . . . he dishes it out in greater portion than he receives.
