This was a signing ceremony, and it must have been hot and muggy, because everyone was in the sun with sweat pouring off in rivlets. After he gave his long speech, an outline of all of his recent major accomplishments, ( which the fake media refuses to ever mention and credit to him, and which Faux News categorizes simply, with a throw away statement, as Trump "taking a victory lap") He sits down to sign the new legislation and the fake news cathats start hollering smarmy questions to him, which he ignores. After he signs, and with the applause of the half dozen cabinet members standing behind him, he gets up and walks back into the air conditioned West Wing, with his cabinet, and leaves the marxist journalists and news readers hollering questions as they melt in the heat. Just lovely!

I honestly just always thought he was retarded, but am thinking there has to be an issue in his mind, and there was nothing they could do for father in-law, so just a matter of time for this poor person.
