If the model number is ever cleared up, & it's 7710, the trans would be nearly as big as a small block Chevy & shipping might hurt. I'd be looking for salvage yards within a half days drive unless my time was very valuable..
And, many sellers break down units & sell individual parts. When buying a complete unit from them, they will require your old one in exchange or hit you hard for a core charge. Double shipping?

Broke the transmission?
What does that mean?
If you haven't tore it down or at least did some troubleshooting,
It might no be bad.
Pray for the hub broke out of the clutch. That will appear to be a "broken trannie". But it's usually just a simple clutch job.
Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!

There was a junk tractor business north of Madisonville. They had thousands of old tractors out there.

There is a tractor salvage yard in Colfax Iowa but I don't recall the name but I'm sure you can google it.

This Whats wrong with it?I know people that have 7710s don't know if there is any common problem with their trannys .If its a common problem it doesn't do much good buying a used tranny. You need to know whats wrong with it first.

Ford 2110, compact utility, 38 hp, built from 83 through 87 by Shibaura in Japan.
That is a sweet little tractor. I hope you can get her up and running again without too much trouble.

There's a place in or near Texarkana that has everything Ford farm implements and tractor parts.
The name escapes me right now.
