Tonight's dinner gonna be fish tacos. FISH TACOS ???? EWWWWWWWW was my initial reaction to them but Sean has posted about them several times in the past and I found that,..... I LIKE "EM  I should make them more often. Paul's walleye addiction hasn't helped the matter either.  Edit to add: If the new chest freezer is delivered not too late in the day I'll run to the store and make a small batch of Pico de Gallo on the side.

Did a refrigerator dump and made fried rice. It turned out decently well. Needed more protein. Added a few eggs, but it needed some more animal, just didn't have much cooked to throw in.

Fish tacos again tonight. Cod fillets dipped in seasoned rice flour then fried. Very nice CRUNCH to them. Sour cream,Cholula hot sauce and salsa Verde mixed for the dressing. Addictive
