We bought a D8H from the landfil in Scobey.

That was a long, miserable trip home.

Thats nice country up there.

I taught a Wildland Fire Safety Refresher in Opheim once.

I was so hung over I nearly didn't make it to Glasgow.

Dude,

did you trailer that thing home or ride the Cat the whole way on gravel road?

Walking it home would have been faster!

We got into a terrible set of recaps and had trouble the whole way home.

Try Scobey.

Actually pretty good advice. My home town. Just to get everyone up to speed, Granrud's Lefse Shack has been in Scobey for a while. Scobey and Opheim are full of great down to earth hard working conservative regular folks. Living in those places is light years ahead of living in any democrat run city.

Did I mention, the hunting, fishing and trapping is fabulous. And the winters keep the riff-raff out.

The summers ain’t so mild either...

Not so bad actually, no humidity and it always cools off at night. My dad always thought the weather was just fine to work on the farm. ;-{>8

Yeah.

It's a great area all around. Might be my stay-until-death spot.

Wife and I have been working on our prior residence in Montana, getting it ready for sale. She has been stressed worrying whether it would sell. We started looking at listings and property is selling fast. I told her the market was picking up. She said that is good news but then said ya but that just means more out of state ass holes.
If any one is looking 35 miles from Billings 5 acres, nice shop, beautiful spot.

That's great.
Will you be waiting to see if they get outbid. If you're in a sellers market it's a good bet that might happen.

Knew someone in SoCal during a good market that got 10% over asking.

Good luck on finalizing it.
