Never put up the weather station I got for Christmas one year, so no measurement. All I do is grow a couple veggies and how grass. Inches of water don't matter. Grass hasn't been growing much (yes!) But I'm sure crops could use a drink. The last 3 years here have been wet. 2 years ago we got more rain than Portland. Too much. For everyone! Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!
