Hey now don’t be so hard on those. Wife still can’t believe I love the Red Baron classic crust pepperoni. Always keep some in the freezer...👍I’m cooking chicken breasts in a skillet at the moment, probably rub a little bbq sauce on them when they’re done. Frozen Brussels sprouts on the side.

A big salad tonight. Mixed lettuce, Roma tomatoes, grilled marinated artichoke hearts, cucumber, bellpepper, Asiago cheese with a bit of Lighthouse Caesar and vinegar. It was good.

I just had the beer brat for supper. Dinner was country style ribs with brats and corn done on the grill also. Hard to beat. I picked 6 tomatoes for tomorrow feast.

Didn’t get to BBQ for the 4th so had to make up for it yesterday. 3 racks of baby backs were up first. Second round was tritip, sweet breads, jalapeño pepper jack sausage, corn on the cob and some onions.
